Returns and refunds on damaged goods & wrongly shipped items.

We take great care in ensuring that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive damaged goods or items that were incorrectly shipped, we are here to help.

Damaged Goods:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To process your return or refund, kindly provide:

  • A photo of the damaged product
  • A photo of the packaging (if damaged)
  • Your order number

Once we review the information, we will either replace the damaged item or issue a full refund based on your preference.

Wrongly Shipped Items:

If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. You will need to provide:

  • A photo of the item received
  • Your order number

We will arrange for a return of the wrong item and ship the correct one at no additional cost to you. If the correct item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
