We do not offer refund for custom made pieces as they are specially created for you. For hygiene purpose, we cannot offer return on our beauty tools range or jewellery unless the piece you are received is damaged or wrongly received. Please refer to our Returns page for more details.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment.

Yes, we provide a guarantee on our products and each product shipped has a GIA certificate copy as we are confident that we only use type A natural jadeite (unheated and untreated). Please refer to our GIA certificate on the link here.

Yes, we provide a warranty on our products against defects in materials and craftsmanship. However, please note that these are handmade pieces and they are not standard machine made mass produced. Which means they will have flaws and imperfections but that’s what makes them unique. 

Our jadeite is natural (unheated and untreated) it has not been colour dyed to make it consistent. It is in its most natural form as it comes from the earth. Our jadeite is found in many colours ranging from shades of green, greys, white and others. They all have unique patterns. This means the jade piece you receive is one of a kind just as you are and can’t be replicated.
