We are diligently working to ship out orders throughout the weekday with the help of our team.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free Express Post (EParcel) with Australia Post on all orders across Australia.

We know you are looking forward to receiving your parcel as soon as possible and we usually ship within 24 hours. Orders that are placed before 1 pm AEST time Monday to Friday will be shipped out the same day. Due to higher volumes during sale periods the dispatch may take another day or two. 

Orders are delivered between 8 am to 5 pm. Please check the information you are adding at the time of check-out carefully before placing your order as we are not liable for any incorrect information given to us. We are unable to refund orders where the shipping address has been incorrectly provided. 

All unclaimed or undeliverable parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Thank Rose will not be held responsible for any stolen parcels once they have been delivered to the address provided during checkout. 

While we endeavor to provide you with a speedy delivery with accurate delivery timings we are only provided with an estimated delivery time from our carriers. In some rare situations, orders may arrive outside of the carriers estimated timings.

As soon as your parcel has been sent, you will be receiving an email with a tracking number but do note that it can take up to 24 hours until the tracking number is activated and has updated information. Please also check your spam/junk email folder if you are still waiting to receive your tracking number/confirmation. RETURN POLICY

Your orders are carefully checked before being packed and dispatched however if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty please contact hello@thankrose.com within 7 days of your delivery. 

Please take a photo of how the shipping box arrived and the damaged product/s. Please ensure to not dispose of the product/s before we have had a chance to connect with you. Incorrect, damaged, or faulty items maybe eligible, and we will verify and check if you are entitled for a replacement. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and unused with packaging box, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that once your order is placed we are unable to update shipping address or change or cancel the order as our team are usually very fast to dispatch the orders. 

Upon checking your order if you have received a product that is not what you ordered please take a photo of it and send it to hello@thankrose.com along with your order number within 7 days of the delivery being made. 

In the rare case of an allergic reaction, please discontinue use of the product immediately and take a photo of the reaction and email us at hello@thankrose.com with your order number. 

Returning the product to us shall be at your own cost and the product should be used less than 15%. We also recommend that you take insurance to cover for the return shipping as we will not be responsible for the product loss or damage during its return transit. Thank Rose reserves the rights to decline any unreasonable and/or excessive returns. 

We are transparent in everything we do, and you can read our full ingredients list on each product page before purchasing. Please carefully read the cautions/instructions on the packaging before using.

Whilst we have taken all due care to formulate our range with only the highest quality ingredients, everyone’s skin is different and has unique needs and results may vary from person to person. 

International shipments

We provide free shipping to select international countries by International Express (Australia Post) for orders over $150. Thank Rose will not ship to PO Boxes that are located outside of Australia. 

Some countries (such as those located in the United Kingdom or the European Union and various others) charge duties or Value Added Tax or GST when goods are imported. Thank Rose has no control over and is not responsible for any of these charges or customs clearance fees. These charges are imposed by and controlled by local governments, border security and/or customs authorities and can be added randomly or changed at any time.

Prior to placing an order it is your responsibility to understand your country’s import duties and taxes/levies. All the prices that are displayed on thankrose.com do not include any customs clearance fee’s or any import duties or taxes (VAT or GST) that you may need to pay depending on which country you are ordering from. 

As a customer, it is your responsibility to pay any duties, Value Added Tax, GST, or other similar charges. Please contact the customs office in your destination country for further information regarding any applicable taxes, duties or value limit in order to have custom clearance. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, then your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is still in its original condition, Thank Rose will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country.)

We will not be responsible for: 

-Items that are missing because they are confiscated by customs;

-Inaccurate or incomplete shipping address; 

-Packages that are not able to clear customs due to restrictions;

-Packages that are not picked up by the customer at the local holding facility. 

We do not take any responsibility for delays in delivery caused by customs. 

It is required by Australian export regulations to declare the exact values of all the items that are ordered, and we need to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’ to comply with the law.
